On Nov. 2, 2015 Tony left the visitation room, just to be informed by the guards that he has received an execution date. So he sat down at the ground, not screaming and fighting like some other guys, but protesting peacefully. He simply refused to help bringing him back into his cell, where he would stay until they come to get him again. And as you can see, there was a lot to fear.
The next day they started to prepare Tony for his execution. There’s a lot to do before you can kill a man on DR, even a medical examination. But Tony still refused to help them with said work. Imagine being handcuffed, surrounded by these guys, knowing that yozu will be killed soon. Could you stay quiete like Tony did?
We don’t know if the following video is showing Tony resisting for the last time, but it’s the last video that is known to the public. Shortly after that, he received a stay.
